Fay Matsukage

Senior Attorney

Fay Matsukage serves as Senior Attorney for Goldstone Oil & Gas, providing strategic legal guidance across the company’s corporate, securities, and capital markets activities. With over 35 years of legal experience, Fay advises Goldstone’s executive team on complex matters involving business development, regulatory compliance, private and public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. In her role, Fay supports Goldstone’s broader growth initiatives by ensuring the company’s transactions and fundraising activities meet the highest standards of SEC and state-level compliance. Her work includes oversight of corporate structuring, investor documentation, and securities filings that underpin Goldstone’s expansion strategy. In addition to her work with Goldstone, Fay is a senior attorney with Doida Law Group, where she has established a national reputation in securities and corporate law. She previously spent 19 years as a partner at a Denver-based firm, focusing on initial public offerings, equity and debt transactions, and regulatory compliance. Fay holds an “AV” rating from the Directory of Lawyers in the United States — the highest distinction for legal ability and ethical standards. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver in 1979 and her B.A. from Colorado College in 1976, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa

Pablo Paez

Senior Reservoir Engineering & Development Manager

Pablo Paez serves as Senior Reservoir Engineering & Development Manager for Goldstone Oil & Gas, bringing more than twenty-eight years of experience in oil and gas field development across U.S. and international unconventional basins. His background spans subsurface characterization, full-cycle development planning, reserves maturation, and multidisciplinary team leadership, with deep technical and operational expertise across both unconventional and conventional reservoirs. Prior to joining Goldstone, Mr. Paez held senior leadership roles at Chevron and Pan American Energy, where he led asset development programs in the Permian Basin and Argentina’s Vaca Muerta play. Earlier in his career, he served as a reservoir engineer across multiple asset types, including unconventional resource plays, tight gas, waterflood, and EOR developments. Mr. Paez holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Argentina.

Jason Wilson

Geoscience & Operations

Jason Wilson serves as a Geoscience and Operations management for Goldston Oil & Gas. Mr. Wilson has more than twenty-five years of experience spanning public and private energy corporations. His expertise includes subsurface evaluation, drilling and completion operations, acquisitions and divestitures, and full-cycle project management. During his tenure as geologist for the Eagle Ford division at Magnum Hunter Resources, Mr. Wilson conducted the core geologic evaluations that identified key leasing areas fundamental to the company’s Eagle Ford development program. He also oversaw a multi-rig drilling program, applying effective development strategies, reservoir analysis, and completion optimization techniques that helped grow the asset to a valuation of approximately $1 billion. Mr. Wilson’s technical and operational background includes extensive work across major North American basins, including the Permian Basin, East Texas Basin, Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk plays, the Williston Basin, and the Appalachian Basin. He holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University.


Andrew P. Calerich

Managing Partner & Chief Financial Officer

Andrew P. Calerich serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He has over 35 years of experience in upstream oil and gas finance across public and private companies. He is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Thunder Basin Resources LLC (2017–2024), an upstream E&P company focused on the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. Previously, he served as a private investor from 2010 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he was the CFO, President, and Director of American Oil & Gas, Inc. from 2003 to 2010, leading the company through its sale to Hess Corporation for over $600 million. Andrew has deep expertise in corporate and financial functions, including SEC compliance, corporate governance, stockholder administration, capital markets, investor relations, and human resources.

Enrique Carrillo

Managing Partner

Enrique Carrillo is the Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director of the Board of Goldstone Oil & Gas, a U.S.-based independent energy company focused on the acquisition, development, and operation of oil and gas assets supporting the modernization of America’s energy infrastructure. Mr. Carrillo brings more than a decade of experience across upstream operations, asset development, and energy infrastructure. Prior to founding Goldstone Oil & Gas, he founded and led multiple oilfield services, construction, and environmental companies operating across major U.S. producing basins, providing extensive field-level execution experience and operational scale. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Carrillo leads corporate strategy, capital formation, and operational performance. His leadership is defined by speed of execution, disciplined capital allocation, and institutional governance, positioning Goldstone to scale efficiently while delivering durable, long-term value for investors, stakeholders, and host communities.
