OPERATIONS

Built to Perform. Positioned to Scale.

Focused on Cash Flow. Engineered for the Future.

WHERE DO WE OPERATE?

Goldstone Oil & Gas operates across two of the most productive and economically resilient oil and natural gas regions in the United States. Our strategy is centered on the acquisition and development of large, contiguous acreage positions in proven resource plays, supported by disciplined capital deployment and operational execution.

Goldstone’s multi-basin operating platform is designed to support scalable development programs, optimize infrastructure utilization, and deploy capital across assets with repeatable performance characteristics and long-term development runway.

As part of this approach, Goldstone continuously evaluates ways to maximize the value of its commodity production by expanding how and where energy is delivered to end markets.

Core Operating Areas

Permian Basin

Goldstone maintains a growing presence in the Permian Basin, the most prolific oil-producing region in North America. Our operations focus on scalable horizontal development across stacked pay intervals, leveraging repeatable drilling and completion designs to drive capital efficiency, operational consistency, and long-term recovery.

South Texas / Eagle Ford Basin

In South Texas, Goldstone operates and invests in infrastructure-rich assets with established production history and attractive development potential. Our strategy emphasizes disciplined development, operational optimization, and consistent cash flow generation across contiguous acreage positions.

Integrated Energy & Digital Infrastructure

Goldstone is advancing a forward-looking energy strategy designed to maximize the value of its oil and natural gas production across multiple end-use pathways.

In addition to traditional natural gas marketing and sales, Goldstone is expanding its focus to include supplying natural gas directly to energy-intensive digital infrastructure, including AI data centers and bitcoin mining operations. By aligning upstream production with high-demand power and compute applications, Goldstone seeks to enhance realized commodity value, improve margin resilience, and create additional avenues for long-term cash flow generation.

These initiatives reflect Goldstone’s commitment to innovation, operational flexibility, and the evolving role of natural gas as a foundational fuel for both industrial growth and next-generation digital infrastructure.

Land Stewardship and Community Commitment

Goldstone operates with a long-term perspective—earning trust through disciplined execution, responsible development, and direct engagement with the landowners and communities where we work. Our current operations are based in Texas, and we apply consistent operating standards designed to support safety, professionalism, and respect for the land across every phase of development.
