Enrique Carrillo is the CEO of Goldstone Oil and Gas, a U.S.-based energy company focused on developing tankless, low-emission oil and gas infrastructure. With a strong background in oilfield operations and business development, he leads the company’s vision to modernize and streamline energy production through innovative, responsible, and scalable solutions. His leadership emphasizes operational efficiency, environmental accountability, and long-term value for landowners, stakeholders, and energy markets.
Andrew P. Calerich CFO
Andrew P. Calerich serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 35 years of experience in upstream oil and gas finance across public and private companies. He is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Thunder Basin Resources LLC (2017–2024), an upstream E&P company focused on the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. Previously, he served as a private investor from 2010 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he was the CFO, President, and Director of American Oil & Gas, Inc. from 2003 to 2010, leading the company through its sale to Hess Corporation for over $600 million. Andrew has deep expertise in corporate and financial functions, including SEC compliance, corporate governance, stockholder administration, capital markets, investor relations, and human resources.
Samson K. VP of Geoscience / Geologist
Samson K. serves as the Vice President of Geoscience and Geologist. He has extensive experience as an Operations and Development Petrophysicist for Permian Basin operators, specializing in subsurface analysis, hydraulic fracture modeling, DFIT analysis, and operational optimization. Throughout his career, he played a key role in business development during acquisitions and divestitures, overseeing log and core data collection in the Midland and Delaware Basins. He successfully integrated collected datasets into corporate subsurface models, contributing to greater operational efficiency. Samson has extensive experience in U.S. onshore shale plays, with over 300 lateral wells drilled. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Geoscience.
Gregory L. Hood VP of Drilling
Gregory L. Hood serves as the Vice President of Drilling. He brings over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in offshore and land drilling, thermal wells, and saltwater disposal wells. Throughout his career, he has successfully drilled over 300 wells. Gregory has a strong background in project management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time. He has worked with prominent companies such as Pioneer Natural Resources and Petro Hunt LLC.
Fay Matsukage Senior Attorney
Fay Matsukage is a Senior Attorney with over 35 years of experience. She assists her clients at all stages of business development, representing private and public companies across a wide range of industries, with a concentration in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Doida Law Group, she spent 19 years as a partner at a Denver-based law firm, honing her skills in corporate and securities law, including initial public offerings, debt and equity capital transactions, and compliance matters. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to making corporate and securities law compliance more manageable for public companies. She advises clients on SEC reporting, insider trading, public dissemination of information, resale of unregistered securities, and listing of securities on stock exchanges. Fay holds an "AV" rating from the Directory of Lawyers in the United States, the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver in 1979 and her B.A. from Colorado College in 1976, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
